Wrist

I've increased my indoor training sessions recently, toprope and bouldering.
My right wrist started to hurt about a few weeks ago, on the right side (where the bone sticks out a bit). Now it has gotten to the point I can't turn my wrist anymore without it bothering me.
The time when I feel pain is when I pull up or hang from my right arm.
What can I do to stop the pain? The physical therapist says my body has to get used to the increased training sessions and that it will go away. It's slowing me down in training, do you know any way to make the pain stop?

Dear Lisa,

I'm not sure what your injury is but I'm dealing with an TFCC tear right now. What I'd suggest for you is to go and see a doctor, preferably a hand surgeon who specializes in sports people. Pain is a clear indicator that something is wrong and if I were you I'd just get an MRI and see a specialist. The sooner you know what's wrong, the beteer imho.

Best regards, hope you'll recover soon.
