Mirror Wall: Climbing Greenland's Biggest Face - First Look Teaser

On July 22, 2015 Leo Houlding, Joe Möhle, Matt Pickles, Matt Pycroft and Waldo Etherington made the first ascent of the Mirror Wall—a nearly 4,000-foot northwest face in Greenland. The British team had been on the wall for 12 days and free-climbed 23 of the 25 pitches.

"Reflections in the Mirror," a feature by Houlding, appeared in Rock and Ice issue 231 (January 2016). In the article, Houlding explores the balance between fatherhood, responsibility and his dream of a first ascent of Greenland's biggest face.

Sheffield-based adventure filmmakers Coldhouse Collective documented their adventure, which will premiere as a film this September.
