Weekend Whipper: Butt-First Slab Fall

Punishing falls are the worst aspect of slab climbing. With little choice but to impact the rock, the potential for a long fall on less than vertical terrain can intimidate even the boldest climber. In this Weekend Whipper, we witness just how awkward a slab fall can be when the climber goes for a ride but somehow ends his trajectory facing the wrong direction. Ouch!
