I dislocated my shoulder over the summer which really put all of my climbing on a hiatus. It's been three months and I have finished physiotherapy for it but it still hurts in certain positions on the wall. This pain is quickly followed by my arm giving up and a sore shoulder for a couple of days. Does it ever go back to normal? Are there specific exercises I should do to build back strength and movements I shouldn't?
A 19 year old who dreadfully needs a functional shoulder.
