Watch Barbara Zangerl send Prinzip Hoffnung (5.14a), “the Principle of Hope,” in her backyard of Bürser Platte, Austria. Zangerl redpointed
the route in March 2014 for its third ascent.

The original line was bolted, but in 2009 the legendary Austrian Beat Kammerlander sent it on gear, after removing the bolts. Italian climber Jacopo Larcher
made the second ascent of the extremely technical slab, protected with small wires, the month before Zangerl’s ascent.
