Daniel Woods: 10×10 Hangboard Workout
Daniel Woods uses a hangboard and simple, but hard, interval training to increase his finger strength. “10×10” stands for 10 seconds dead hang, 10 seconds
rest. You do the prescribed number of rounds with one finger combination, then immediately onto the next combo.
Finger Combinations:
Index + Middle Finger
Middle + Ring Finger
Ring Finger + Pinkie
All 4 Fingers
Example Workout:
7 Rounds each Finger Combo Hang Board 10×10’s
7 Times Through
10 Sec Hang Index/Middle Finger
10 Sec Rest
Then immediately…
7 Times Through
10 Sec Hang Middle/Ring Finger
10 Sec Rest
Then immediately…
7 Times Through
10 Sec Hang Ring/Pinkie Finger
10 Sec Rest
Then immediately…
9 Times Through
10 Sec Hang All 4 Fingers
