Episode 1 – Arrival

Sasha DiGiulian and Carlo Traversi attempt La Paciencia (5.13b), the most difficult route on the North Face of the Eiger, Switzerland.

Ueli Steck and Stephan Siegrist opened the line in 2003 and Steck made the first free ascent five years later. The route climbs the overhanging
Rote Fluh and Czech Pillar—limestone walls on the far right side of the north face.

Stay tuned for regular updates of their trip.
