Check out this sneak peak into the highly-anticipated rock climbing film GRIPPED. See a little of the climbing culture in the campground as the resident dirtbags discuss the first woman to solo the Nose on El Capitan. (This scene stars Jackie Florine as herself. Florine really was the first woman to solo the Nose, over four-and-a-half days, back in 2002!) Later we see Florine explaining to Rose the mind games of lead climbing.
GRIPPED is a forthcoming feature-length rock climbing film about one woman’s transformation while stranded on the side of a 1,000-foot cliff with an injured partner. Shot on location at Mount Whitney California.
