“Old Dogs New Tricks” follows British climber Richie Patterson on his quest to climb 8b+ (5.14a) in the year before he turns 50.

This Epic TV series created by Roca Verde follows Patterson through the highs and lows of his year of training, from embarking on his first training plan to redpointing his project.

In this first episode Patterson explains his motivations for the project, meets up with Lattice Training’s Paul Randall for an assessment and begins his personal training plan.
