Sam Elias and Walker Emerson spend five weeks working on establishing a new route in the iconic sport climbing destination of Oliana, Spain. Elias and Walker worked on the route in February and March of this year. Elias sent the route at the end of their trip, naming it American Hustle, and giving it a grade of 5.14b.

Elias is a former ski racer and talented ice and mixed climber. He placed second in the Ouray Ice competition in 2010. Presently, he devotes much of his time to sport climbing, redpointing up to 5.14c.
