As part of its mission to teach the correct fundamentals of climbing, the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA) has produced this series of instructional videos. The videos cover a range of necessary climbing techniques from belaying, to rappelling and anchoring.

Here, IFMGA/AMGA Mountain Guide and instructor Jeff Ward demonstrates how to coil and throw climbing ropes before rappelling on a windy day.
