Sometimes, a hard send calls for a little celebration. For this week’s Weekend Whipper, Chris LoCrasto takes a victory whip off the 130-foot sport route
Omaha Beach (5.14a), Madness Cave, The Motherlode, Red River Gorge, Kentucky.

Bill Ramsey established the climb in 1999, at the grade of 5.13d. Later, holds broke on the route upping the difficulty to 5.14a.

Sasha Digiulian, who onsighted the route in 2011, reported on sendage.com:
“Pure fitness climbing with an obvious crux. Very happy, I had always wanted to onsight this route someday!”
